f/64

Even though the title say f/64, the photos were actually taken in f/35 because that was the most the camera we were using can be capable of. John Paul Edwards is the man that i decided to take pictures in his styles. He usually took pics of boats and anchors and side of houses. So i decided  to take pictures of the side of buildings at campus and heavy metal items i could get a angel on.

Studies in Shutter Speed

tv f1/500       The pictures will most likely not be blurry because the  camera speed is suppose to freeze the moving object in place and because it was fast

tv. f1/30     THE pictures will be blurry because the camera  speed we                                                                      took the photos at was slow

Compositon Rules and Guidlines

before
after
5-elements-of-composition-in-photography
Pattern ; I like the rule of the  pattern because of how patterns can be found everywhere.

10-top-photography-composition-rules
Viewpoint; I like the rule of  view point because  how the picture can be affected by the way you take the picture and by how you take it

top-10-composition-tips
Crop and Clip ;  i like the rule of crop and clip  mainly because of how you can take a big picture and make it better by cutting out the parts of the pictures u do not want. And if you do not like a certain thing you cant cut it out.

Nikon 5 Easy Composition Guidelines
Leading Lines; leading lines can be used to lead the viewer of the photo to the main topic, or the lines can be the main topic and that is why i like this rule of leading lines.

14-composition-techniques-that-will-instantly-improve-your-photos--photo-7978

Simplicity; i like simplicity because you can take a simple picture. Also a simple picture can be interpreted to something else and the hole picture can be similar.

First portrait project

My subject was  Simon Michael, the  metal background of the picture made great contrast to what he was wearing. I believe i did a good job at making my model forget about the camera.

"My First Photo Outing - Principles of Design"

This photo of the bottom of one of my classmates shoes is a perfect example of pattern.  The wave type features of the bottom of the shoe has shows handful of different designs. The structure of the shoe platform creates friction and a better grip and mobility for the user of the shoe. Overall the base of the shoe is a exquisite  example of '' The Principle of Design '' - pattern.
